Who am I?
My name is Sophie Cooper, I am a French native from the City of Marseille. Freshly graduated from a Master in Business Administration specialised in Asset Management, I moved England to enhance my career and subsequently lived there for many years, before moving to Switzerland due to the professional transfer of my hursband.
After a period of adaptation for the whole family, this new environment allowed me to reflect on my personal motivations, my experience, on what I wanted to undertake or not, and I turned to a career coach and Sophrology to guide me in this process.
I started with a few sessions with a Sophrologist, which motivated me to go further and study Sophrology at the “Academie Suisse de Sophrologie”, and now having qualified, I can now teach it myself.
My journey with Sophrology
Sophrology enlightened the way I was functioning on a daily basis, and proved to be an effective way to manage my stress, and to go beyond my comfort zone for the realization of my projects, counteracting negative thoughts.
On a daily basis it improves the quality of life of my family and I, but also sharpens my curiosity by being less judgmental. It really helped me come to terms with grief, and rely on my abilities to move towards a more positive future. I use it each and every day experiencing my environment as it is, welcoming new skills, getting back to the nature of things, reaching out to people more. The goal I have set myself is to develop new skills, get back to the nature of things, connect more with my environment, and with the practice of Sophrology to continue my journey with more serenity.
