Sophrology is defined as the science of consciousness.
It’s a personal development and wellness technique created in 1960 by Alfonso Caycedo inspired, by hypnosis, phenomenology, yoga, Zen and Buddhism…. Through training and exercise we can learn to restore the balance between our body and mind so that we can fully experience the present moment. Throughout the sessions, with targeted exercises, we learn to unveil our consciousness, to understand how we function with the objective to achieve goals with confidence, and a positive mindset, or simply to reduce stress, and attain inner peace.
